United States. NC. Winston-Salem, NC. Forsyth Co. Dated 1932/03/21. Machine cancel ties 5c (#710) on surface rate cover to Antwerp, Belgium. The cover with new address label forwarded to Paris, France. Belgium 1.75fr (#231) pays forwarding fee. When the cover could not be delivered in France it was returned to the sender in North Carolina. On reverse is April 19th New York transit for the return.
