Black barred numeral "144" cancel ties 2p Queen (#30 plate 15) on a newspaper "The Illustrated London News" of Sept 17th, 1877. the 2p pays the correct 1 pence per two ounces for between 4 & six ounces. The actual weight is about five ounces. Scans shows only the stamp, the newspaper is full size and intact. Newspaper with horizontal fold, will be shipped open and flat.
