The double weight cover (ms 2 at upper left) was underpaid by 2 pence (4 cents) which was doubled to 8c due with penalty. Black postage due "T" and pencil "8". Reverse with partial 28 Dec. Boston receiving cds, 29 Dec Boston Carriers Div cds, & Scott J3 & J4 tied by red cancels.

Great Britain. Dated 1927/07/27. Plymouth Devon PAQUEBOT hand-stamp (Hosking 103 partially under postage dues) ties Scott 189 on cover to Vienna re-directed to Senmering. The 1 1/2 pence stamp underpaid the correct 2 1/2 pence letter rate. There is a colored pencil "T" underneath the due stamps, with a red crayon "32" at top. July 31 Senmering cds tie 12 & 20g (Scott J140 & J145) to pay postage due & penalty. There are no markings on the reverse.
