Red "NEW YORK PAID 6 (credit to GB) JUN 14" cds & "TOO LATE" hand stamp. Red 25 June London PAID, "PD" in oval & black 26 June French receiving cds. Reverse with partial 26 Jun Paris receiving cds. The cover missed the Oceanic and was probably placed on the North German Lloyd Line steamer Hermann from New York 14 June to Southampton 25 June. An alternate sailing possibility was on the Cunard steam Abyssinia from New York 14 June to Liverpool 24 June.
