Cover #82980. United States. Shanghai, China U.S. Postal Agency, Dated 1912/07/09. VG "U.S. POSTAL AGENCY SHANGHAI, CHINA" cds ties blk3 of 2c (#375) on thick cover to NJ. 6c pays the triple rate first class charge. Ms "Printed Matter" at lower left but back flap was sealed so probably sent first class, especially since printed matter rate was about the same cost.
