SUPPLEMENTARY NOV 18 PAID" (type F) tie 30c Columbian (#239) on 1c Columbian entire (U348). Triple rate (15c) doubled for supplementary mail service. On reverse is a Chemnitz 1893/11/27 cds. The entire used for convenience.
