Russia. Dated 1918/12(?). AEF Siberia soldier's post card from Archangel, Russia to A.P.O. 711 in France. Violet oval censor marking at bottom, censor signature over hand stamp. Partial London transit at top (British ships carried mail from Archangel during the last months of 1918). The 339th infantry regiment arrived in Archangel on 4 Sept. 1918. Since this is a Christmas card it is probably a Nov-Dec. 1918 usage.
