Violet "No such Post Office in State named" & "return to sender" hand stamps. Post Office Seal (#OX23) tied by Culver City returning cds. Ms "Opened by Mistake/Postmaster/Culver City/Calif." Difficult to understand how the Culver City PM opened the letter by mistake. No New York return postal markings.
