Two May 28 Green Bay duplex cancels underneath a computer generated label "E STAMPS ARE FOR DOMESTIC USE ONLY RETURNED FOR POSTAGE (ms 25c)." The sender placed three Scott 1597 to pay the entire postage of 45c a second time not realizing he only needed to pay 25c in postage. The added stamps are tied on the cover by May 28 Brillion duplex cancels. Reverse with 28 May AM Brillion receiving cancel & 28 May PM Brillion outgoing duplex. The Brillion post office is about 20 miles from the Green Pay post office.
