"Army-Air Force Postal Service A.P.O. 153" 4 bar cds tie stp3 of 3c Liberty (#1035) and 1c (#1031) on air mail cover to Paraguay. Found to be overweight, "postage due 20 cents" handstamp applied. On 15 December a 1c, a blk4 of 2 1/2c & two 4 1/2c applied to pay the deficiency. All stamps tied to the cover. On the reverse is a 21 December Paraguay cds. Also on the reverse is a tied stp3 of the 1960 Christmas seal (#WX204) There is a vertical fold that affects only one Christmas Seal.
